Building the benchmark for quick commerce
A Bengaluru boy through and through. Aniruddh studied Supply Chain Management at Sheridan in Canada, then came home to the fastest-moving part of retail. He entered quick commerce in 2023 by taking on a Zepto franchise, then co-founded HyperDash.

Risk-taker, deal-maker
An adventurer at heart — skydiving and mountain treks are Sourabh's idea of a weekend. A BBA Finance graduate from M.S. Ramaiah College, Bengaluru, he built his business sense in the steel and finance trade before moving into quick commerce with Blinkit in 2025.

5+ years on the dark-store floor
Anish has spent more than five years inside quick commerce. As a Dark Store Manager (DSM) at Dunzo and then Blinkit, he ran stores averaging 4,000+ orders a day. Today he leads operations across every HyperDash store.
